    We work with multinationals, property developers, coworking spaces, corporate offices, and construction companies. We operate both in new installations and in refurbishment or expansion projects.

    Does TGV only execute projects designed by third parties, or do you also develop in-house proposals?

    Both options are possible. We often collaborate with major architectural firms, executing projects based on drawings and technical specifications provided. At the same time, we have an in-house creative team in our studio that can develop comprehensive proposals for layout, furniture, and interior concepts, tailored to the client company’s profile and culture.

    How do you ensure competitiveness in projects executed by third parties?

    Even when we receive a fixed project, we seek to optimise costs by proposing more competitive solutions without compromising design and client objectives. We maintain a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility of execution.

    How can I request a fee proposal or a quotation for my corporate project?

    There are two distinct scenarios: – When the client wishes TGV Interiores to develop a creative and technical interior design project, a fee proposal is presented. This proposal is prepared after diagnostic meetings where we analyse the project context, company identity, number of areas to be worked on, and the degree of customisation required. – When there is already a defined project by the client or their architectural firm, it is possible to request a supply quotation directly. For this, a bill of quantities, technical drawings, and product datasheets should be sent. Based on these elements, our team presents a detailed and competitive proposal.

    How can I schedule a meeting with TGV Interiores?

    You can contact us by email, phone, or through the form available on our website. Meetings can be held in person or online, with participation from our commercial and technical teams, depending on the project stage and the company’s location.

    Is it possible to customise pieces of furniture or carpentry?

    Yes. We produce customised solutions — from meeting tables and workbenches to technical cabinets and integrated furniture — with materials and finishes adjusted to the company’s identity.

    Do you also supply technical and ergonomic furniture?

    Yes. We work with international brands recognised for functional design and certified ergonomics, especially for workstations, task chairs, height-adjustable desks, and acoustic solutions.

    Do you also execute social areas, canteens, or receptions?

    Yes. We work in all areas of corporate spaces, including social zones, lounges, receptions, kitchenettes, and waiting areas. We ensure aesthetic uniformity and quality across all environments.

    Does TGV Interiores ensure the delivery and assembly of items?

    Yes. We have our own technical team and specialised partners to ensure delivery, installation, and on-site supervision, with minimal disruption to company operations.

    Do you supply outside Portugal?

    Yes. We have logistical capacity for international projects, with deliveries and installations already carried out in several countries across Europe and Africa.

    What are the average supply lead times?

    Depending on the degree of customisation and the origin of products, supply can vary between 8 and 12 weeks. For technical pieces and carpentry, a detailed schedule adapted to the construction will be presented.

    What payment methods are available?

    We accept payment by bank transfer and agree a payment plan aligned with the supply and installation schedule agreed at the start of the project.

    What is your return or cancellation policy?

    As pieces are produced or ordered to measure, returns are not possible after production begins. Cancellations are only possible before technical contract award and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
